Booking
Places cannot be reserved or guaranteed without full payment. Payments may be made by credit or debit card, cash or cheque (made payable to Theatre Week Ltd.). Bookings can be made by telephone, fax or post using the postal address above.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a booking has been made and payment has been accepted, we are unable to make full refunds for cancellations. Bookings cancelled before 18/6/12 will qualify for a 50% refund of all monies paid. No refunds can be made for bookings cancelled after this date.
T-Shirt Ordering
T-shirts may be ordered on the booking form or separately by telephone, priced £9.99 each. Sizes are 24"/26"/28"/30"/32"/S/M/L/XL. T-shirt orders must be made before 18/6/12 for us to be able to guarentee delivery. Ordered T-shirts will be available on the first morning when your child arrives.
Privicy Policy
As part of the booking and registration process, some personal details will be required such as emergency contact details and medical information regarding your child. Theatre Week do not disclose your information to third parties other than when card details are processed by HSBC bank as part of the booking process. In this case, HSBC bank will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
